Umpires Accreditation Course

Dates Changed – Now 22nd & 29th July

Zone 10 have changed the dates for the Umpire Accreditation Course they are conducting to Saturday the 22nd & 29th July 2017. The course will be run over these two Saturdays at Beecroft BC. This course is sanction by both Bowls Australia and Bowls NSW (unfortunately WBNSW does not recognise this course, so while members of that Association are welcome to attend, they will not achieve a qualification that enables them to officiate events under the control WBNSW).

The course comprises two Modules, the first the Markers Accreditation, followed by the Umpires Accreditation. It is necessary to complete the Markers Accreditation prior to being considered for the Umpire Accreditation. The cost of this course is $44, which includes the provision of all course materials. For Full Bowling Members of Carlingford BC who successfully complete the course, this fee will be paid by the Men’s Bowling Club. Please note – provision in the Club Championship schedule WILL be made for those wishing to attend this course.

Carlingford BC members that wish to attend this course are asked to registered their interest by replying to the RSVP below or by entering their details on the relevant sheet that will be placed on the Noticeboard. Members have to the 30th June to notify their intention to attend the course.
